Mr Brightside Mobile Detailing provides mobile vehicle detailing services at customer-approved locations within our service area. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or refused where vehicle condition, safety concerns, or environmental factors prevent us from completing the service safely and effectively.
Bookings may be made by phone, email, social media, or through our website.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative appointment time.
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate booking information.
Ensuring safe and legal access to the vehicle.
Providing access to water and power where required.
Removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to the appointment.
Ensuring the vehicle is available at the scheduled appointment time.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
Customers must disclose any existing vehicle damage prior to service commencement.
While we exercise reasonable care during all detailing services, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, or interior damage.
Damage resulting from faulty paintwork, poor repairs, worn materials, or defective components.
Existing stains, odours, mould, pet hair, or contamination that cannot be completely removed.
Results may vary depending on the age and condition of the vehicle.
All prices displayed are starting prices and may vary depending on:
Vehicle size.
Vehicle condition.
Excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, sand, or contamination.
Additional services requested by the customer.
Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated cancellations, failure to attend, or unavailability of the vehicle at the agreed appointment time may result in refusal of future bookings.
As a mobile detailing service, our work is affected by weather conditions.
We reserve the right to postpone appointments due to rain, storms, extreme heat, or other weather conditions that may impact service quality or safety.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Brightside Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
